The contextual menu

The context sensitive, right mouse button, pop-up menu

A very useful feature of the programs is the contextual menus. These are accessed by clicking on an object with the right mouse button. Most objects in the programs, like documents, text, codes and so on, have an associated pop-up menu that contains the most frequently used functions associated with that object. In fact, many functions can be selected in one of four ways: Menu bar, toolbar icon, keyboard shortcut or context sensitive pop-up menu. As you become familiar with your program you will find yourself using a combination of these methods best suited to your own style. See Figure 1.
