In the left-hand column of the table below appears a list of codes; Among these codes are four which we suggest could be top-level codes; You are asked to copy and paste your own suggestions into the four live boxes under the heading Level One; We have included disabled boxes in the other columns to give you a clue of the overall structure of the coding; On submission of the form we will show you our "model answers", your own suggestions (in bold italics) and the remaining choices for you to paste into the Level Two column; and so on.
